Each Belvoir office can provide a series of unique products and services, including leading insurance packages. Belvoir’s dedicated legal helpline ensures that offices are able to deal with any issues quickly and effectively.

In September 2013, we were pleased to announce the launch of a new estate agency sales pilot. The sales pilot of residential property sales, which ran for 12 months, initially included ten offices from a cross-section of Belvoir outlets across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Following the success of the pilot, sales has now been launched across the Network with more and more Belvoir offices deciding to offer the full sales service alongside its successful lettings service.
